Colonics

Colonics are another type of colon cleansing. Also called high enemas, colonics are administered by a trained Colon Therapist. Colonics are able to reach higher in the large intestine by way of filtered, low pressurized water and a sterile, disposable speculum, to soak, loosen and remove the hardened sticky plaque impacted on the colon wall.
Each session is approximately 30-45 minutes in length.

Massage
Massage is a form of body work that entails manipulation of the muscles and other soft tissues. Massage benefits the circulation by improving oxygen supply to the cells and circulation of lymph, which is very important during cleansing and detoxification.
Massage is available in the privacy of your room or off-site at Avalon Holistic Health.
Choose a Swedish, Sports, Shiatsu or Reflexology Massage. $85 per hour.
Deep Tissue Massage is also available for $95 per hour.

Ionic Footbath
An ion is a charged atom that has gained or lost an electron, and creates a magnetic field capable of neutralizing oppositely charged particles. These neutralized particles (toxins) are pulled out of the body thru the skin via osmosis.

Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy
Using a therapeutic, vibrational massage instrument with a unique combination of energetic modalities such as physical vibration with sonic waves, an electro-static field, and an electro-pressure created by the use of multiple treatment points. Subtle energies like these may be called “vibrational energy” as they are at a level more perceptible to the energy system. Each session improves lymphatic fluid flow and speeds up detoxification of tissues. Use 2-4 times per week for best results.

Castor oil packs are applied to various areas of the body, such as the liver, and heat is applied to draw toxins out of the body. Recommended in the Edgar Cayce Readings.
Very effective and should be used in conjunction with a colonic.
