Colonics
Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as Colonics, is the gentle method of cleansing accumulated waste and toxins from the colon wall, by the introduction of filtered, temperature regulated water. Avalon Holistic Health uses FDA Registered Colon Hydrotherapy Equipment and sterile, disposable speculums. The water is double filtered and purified of 99% of harmful bacteria through a special UV light purification system before being introduced to the body.
Each session is approximately 30-45 minutes in length.

Colonic Implants are administered during a colonic session. These help the body to release more toxins, via peristalsis. Check our menu when you arrive for our list of various implant additives and their beneficial properties.

Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy
Using a therapeutic, vibrational massage instrument with a unique combination of energetic modalities such as physical vibration with sonic waves, an electro-static field, and an electro-pressure created by the use of multiple treatment points. Subtle energies like these may be called "vibrational energy" as they are at a level more perceptible to the energy system. Each session improves lymphatic fluid flow and speeds up detoxification of tissues.

Detox Packs
Castor oil packs are applied to various areas of the body, such as the liver, and heat is applied to draw toxins out of the body. Recommended in the Edgar Cayce Readings.
Very effective and should be used in conjunction with a Colonic.

Ionic Footbath
An Ionic Footbath pulls toxins from the body through the feet. An ion is a charged atom that has gained or lost an electron, and creates a magnetic field capable of neutralizing oppositely charged particles. These neutralized particles (toxins) are pulled out of the body thru the skin via osmosis.
