Fasting is an ancient practice, and is known as the oldest health remedy for restoring health and preventing sickness and disease.
Juice fasting is preferred over water fasting because juice fasting maintains proper blood sugar levels during the time we are abstaining from solid food.
We only consume organic juices, teas and broths during our cleanse.
This cleansing fast is personally supervised by the Retreat Director.
You may choose to have an active cleansing fast experience, or a relaxing, restful, quiet one. The choice is yours.
